Al Sirois

With a career spanning over 50 years, Al Sirois is a versatile storyteller—a writer, ghostwriter, developmental editor, and graphic artist. Since selling his first story in 1973, Al’s work has appeared in prestigious publications such as Isaac Asimov's Science Fiction Magazine, Fantastic, Amazing Stories, Electric Spec, and many more.
 

Al’s first book, the children’s classic Dinosaur Dress Up, was published in 1992. Since then, he has authored numerous novels in science fiction, fantasy, and horror, as well as works of mainstream fiction. His short story “In the Conservatory” earned a Pushcart Prize nomination, and he’s ghostwritten over a dozen works across various genres, including memoirs and cozy mysteries.
 

In June 2024, Regal House Press released Murder in Mennefer, the first volume of his YA trilogy set in ancient Egypt. Fans of rich historical adventures are eagerly anticipating the sequel, Imhotep and the Quest for Kush, set to release in June 2025.
